Collection Policy from Showrooms and Warehouses

Free pickup: Collecting orders from showrooms and warehouses is free for all orders, regardless of their value. Please select the nearest store or warehouse when placing your order (available for selected cities only).

Notification: We will notify you via WhatsApp or SMS when your order is ready for pickup (within 5–10 business days). You may also receive a call from the store. Customers are requested to wait for the call or message to avoid any inconvenience.

Exceptions: Pickup from showrooms is not available for the following items due to their size, weight, or exclusivity via website/app order: tiles, solar water heaters, and any other large items that cannot fit in your vehicle. In such cases, we recommend choosing pickup from the warehouses.

Processing time: Sometimes, orders may take longer to be ready for pickup from the store/warehouse if the product is unavailable in the customer’s local location. In such cases, products are shipped from our central warehouse (Riyadh) to the requested location, which may take longer than expected.
